Viewing And Using Webinar Recordings
All your webinar broadcasts (Live and from the Rehearsal Area) are automatically recorded.
To view and use a recording:
Visit the Webinars menu in your Dashboard and place your cursor over Webinar Actions from the webinar tile:
Click on Auto-Webinar Recording and then click on Select this video button adjacent to the video thumbnail:
Please note: This feature is only available with paid plans. If you are using the free plan, you will not be able to use the webinar replay, therefore if your audience reaches your webinar landing page and try to replay a past webinar, the page will be displayed as suspended.
To download your recorded video:
Select Auto-Webinar recording.
To download the video click on Download MP4 recording
The video will open in the tab and start playing. Click on the three vertical dots at the bottom right, above the video scroll bar and click on the Download button:
